Fifteen years ago, Roméo Dallaire visited Wilfrid Laurier University. He was asked what he thought the future of Africa was. His response immediately changed the destiny of one young student, TK Mawuli Azaglo.
Today the answer he stated is profoundly changing the present and the future for growing numbers of boys and girls, young men and women, throughout the continent.
